Returns Policy

Lektropacks 7-Day Money Back Guarantee – should you not be entirely or wholly satisfied with your purchase from us, for whatever reason, you may return the Goods to us (in a re-sellable condition) within 7 days of receiving the Goods for a full refund of the Goods price*. * returns postage is at the expense of customer

In any instance where Goods may appear to be faulty or damaged...

  1. Please contact us by writing to us at support@lektropacks.co.uk with the following information:
    • a. Your full name, address and a day time contact telephone number
    • b. Your Lektropacks order / invoice number
    • c. The reason you wish to return the item (please give as much information as possible)
  2. For Goods that you believe have been damaged either before or during transit, contact must be made to us by no later than 48hours after the delivery was signed for A member of the Lektropacks Team will then contact you within 5 days with instructions for return. Please do not return goods until you have received contact from a member of the Lektropacks Team. The acceptance of a return by a member of the Lektropacks Team does not constitute guarantee of a refund where Goods may appear to be faulty.
  3. Once a member of the Lektropacks Team has been in contact and a return has been agreed, you will need to return:
    • a. The product including all accessories supplied (i.e. leads, power supply, manuals) unless otherwise specifically instructed by a member of the Lektropacks Team
    • b. The original box / packaging wherever possible
    • c. IF THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY - A covering letter detailing: the fault, the circumstances under which the fault occurs, which equipment you are using the product with (if applicable), and how this fault manifests itself whilst using the product
    • d. IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED – A covering letter detailing the extent of the damage. You may also wish, if possible, to e-mail us any pictures you could take of the damage to returns@lektropacks.co.uk
    • e. A copy of your invoice or receipt (please try to retain the original for your records)
    • f. Any other information you deem applicable to the nature of the purchase, fault or damage with the Goods
    • g. For custom-made products, where you have made an error in requirement or specification – no refunds will be given
    • When packing your Goods for return, ensure that:
      • a. The product is packaged / boxed as close to the original manufacturers packing as practically possible
      • b. All other supplied products (i.e. leads, power supply, manuals) are packaged considerately so as not to damage any other items inside the package during return transit
      • c. The product is well cushioned, padded and protected – paying particular attention to corners, edges and any protruding parts
    • If you do not have the original packaging:
      • a. Protect corners with additional layers of cardboard or padding
      • b. Cushion with at least three layers of protective wrapping (i.e. bubble wrap or equivalent)
      • c. Put in a box slightly larger than the item when wrapped, with suitable further padding to ensure the item/s do not move around in transit
      • d. Screwed up newspaper / shredded paper makes excellent filler for any gaps in packaging (this stops the box getting pushed in against the item) and more tightly packed bubble-wrap / cardboard / Styrofoam on corners, edges & vulnerable areas will keep things safe
      Failure to package the returned Goods could lead to damage during return transit which Lektropacks Ltd. cannot be held responsible for and may deem that the Goods may not be liable for refund.
    • FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS. In the instance of faulty Goods we will test the items once received to our Returns Department.
      • a. We will endeavour to test the returned Goods within 3 days of receiving them to our Returns Departments
      • b. Should the Goods be deemed faulty after being tested, you will be contacted by a member of the Lektropacks Team to discuss how you wish to proceed. You may at this point have a replacement product sent to you, a full refund, or credit to your Trade Account (if applicable). Should a like-for-like replacement no longer be available, Lektropacks reserves the right to offer a suitable replacement
      • c. Should the Goods be deemed not faulty after testing, you will be contacted by a member of the Lektropacks Team. We will endeavour to support you through the set-up or installation of your product once returned to you. The expense of returning the Goods to you will be chargeable. The cost of re-packing and shipping will be advised to you when we make contact
    • FOR DAMAGED GOODS. Where damaged goods were supplied to you, once we have received back the damaged goods to our Returns Department, you have the choice of a replacement product sent to you, a full refund, or credit to your Trade Account (if applicable).
    • Lektropacks will take financial responsibility for the costs of postage of all goods damaged on delivery or in transit. No such extra costs, nor partial refunds will be accepted for compensation where Goods have been delayed due to damage. In all other instances, the customer is responsible for all postage costs (over and above the advertised Free UK Mainland Delivery on initial order which is paid for by Lektropacks Ltd.)
