Orders received before 2pm on weekdays will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends will be processed the next working day.

SHIPPING - Mainland UK residents - postage should be automatically calculated or you can select Courier for faster delivery. UK Offshore residents - if your order requires courier delivery (e.g. if the total value is over £75.00), please select the UK Offshore option - you will need to wait for a quote by email. Overseas (non-UK) courier rates cannot be calculated by our website. Please await a quote by email. (see bottom of page for more info)

PAYMENT OPTIONS - Credit Card (UK registered ONLY). PayPal (see below for more information). You can also pay by cheque, bank transfer or cash (at our offices) - contact us for more details.

PAYPAL - To pay by PayPal please select the payment option 'Request a PayPal Invoice'. The invoice will be sent to you during our office hours. This method does not allow immediate payment as postage needs to be calculated prior to payment and this cannot be done online for UK Offshore or Overseas (non-UK) customers.

KRAMER PROFESSIONAL RANGE - We charge a 20% re-stocking fee for incorrectly ordered items from our Kramer Professional Range. Please check to ensure you are ordering the right unit for your purpose. If you are unsure which unit you require please contact our Technician, Kevin (available Monday to Friday between 10am-5pm).

STANDS & BRACKETS & FURNITURE SECTIONS - PLEASE NOTE - These products are not held in our warehouse, they take approx. 24-48 hours to arrive here for despatch. ALL items in this category are calculated as - up to 25kg £10.00, heavier items have a surcharge of 30p per kilo. We will contact you with the shipping quote before processing your order.

UK Offshore
If your order is to be delivered to an off-shore location in the UK you must select the UK Off-Shore shipping option. Please Note: Ireland and some parts of Scotland count as off-shore. Mainland Courier delivery will be delivered on the next working day, off shore within 48 hours. This shipping is NOT 'free', we will email you a quote prior to processing your order.

Overseas non-UK
Select this delivery method for non-UK orders, and we will contact you before processing your order to finalize the shipping options with you (and to discuss payment methods - see note below). We will contact you by email, phone or fax. SELECTING THIS OPTION DOES NOT GIVE YOU 'FREE' POSTAGE - we will charge the appropriate amount on processing, if you are overseas we will email or call you with a quote. We do not accept credit card payments from customers outside the UK, we can accept Bank Transfer or PayPal (please await your invoice first).
